(REO TAG IF <br /> NOT ANCHORED PER PLAN) <br /> 3) Alf set-backs shall be rnet. 90 sq ft or less is 5' set-back. Greater than 90 sq ft the set- <br /> back is 10' <br /> 4) Only 2 accessory buildings per parcel. <br /> 5) Sheds shall not be rented or inhabited. <br /> 6) Must meet and follow all conditions of ordinance:780-01 <br /> 7) No accessory buifding shall be larger than 625 sq ft without site-plan approval <br /> 8) Not to exceed 16' in height at peak. <br /> 9) No other work sha(I be permitted (framing, ptumbing, electrical and mechanical) unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br /> 1Q) Accessory buildings in residential zones that exceed 150 sq ft shall be constructed of <br /> masonry, wood frame, aluminum or vinyl. Aluminum and vinyl shall be residential grade <br /> and be cansistent with existing architecture of the principle building and adjacent <br /> properties. <br />
