(RED TAG IF <br /> NOT ANCHORED PER PLAN) <br /> 3) All set-backs shall be met. 90 sq ft or less is 5' set-back. Greater than 9CI sq ft the set- <br /> back is 10' <br /> 4) Only 2 accessory buildings per parcel. <br /> 5) Sheds shall not be rented or inhabited. <br /> 6) Must meet and follow all conditions of ordinance:780-01 <br /> 7) No accessory building shall be larger than 625 sq ft without site-plan apF�roval <br /> 8) Not to exceed 16' in height at peak. <br /> 9) No other work shall be permitted (framing, plumbing, electrical and mec:hanical) unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br /> 10) Accessory buildings in residential zones that exceed 150 sq ft shall be cc�nstructed of <br /> masonry, wood frame, aluminum or vinyl. Aluminum and vinyl shall be iresidential grade <br /> and be consistent with existing architecture of the principle building ancl adjacent <br /> properties. <br />
