<br /> coMrador,that may be an indiqtion that he is not properly lioensed and is not entitled to pertnitting pfirileges in Pasco

<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTNTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersipned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may appty to fhe construction of new buildings,change of
<br /> use in e�cisting buildings,or expansion of existing buildings,as specified in Pasco County Ordinanoe number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07,as amended. The undersigned also understands,that such fees,as may be due,will be identified et tlie time of
<br /> pem�itGng. It is further understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to

<br /> "compensating voiume'wia be submitted at time of permitting which is prepared by a professional engineer
<br /> licensed by the State of Florida.
<br /> - If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone'A'in connection with a pertnitted building using stem wall
<br /> construction,I certify that fiU will be used ony to fill the area within the stem wall.
<br /> - If fill material is to be used in arry area, I oertify that use of such fiN will not adversey affect adjacent
<br /> properties. If use of fifl is found to adversely atfect adjacent properties,the owne�may be cited for violating
<br /> the conditions of the bui�ing pertnit issued under the attac�ted permit application,for bts less than one(1)
