In attendance were you, me, Todd Vandeberg, <br /> Kalvin Switzer and Bill Back. <br /> Items discussed and agreed upon are as follows. <br /> On August 9th 2005 you requested and were granted a <br /> variance to make improvements to your existing <br /> eastern non-conforming building. <br /> Phase one will be an addition to the eastern <br /> building (approximately 21 feet to the west) and <br /> other incidental exterior improvements. <br /> Phase 2 will be the build-out of three bays for <br /> Sunrise Properties accessory use. <br /> Phase 3 will be the start of the build-out of <br /> individual retail/office spaces for lease. <br /> I� It is at the time of permit of phase 3 that it was <br /> agreed upon that the demolition of the west non- <br /> conforming building will commence. <br /> Credits for required impact fees (see attached) <br /> will be applicable on a square feet basis as <br /> discussed and shown in previous correspondence. <br /> The city will receive at time of final inspection <br /> of phase 1; an as-built site plan showing the <br /> addition, the future demolition of the west non- <br />' conforming building and an overlay of proposed <br /> parking for the complete project. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Bill Burgess <br /> Building Official <br /> City of Zephyrhills <br /> CC: Todd Vandeberg <br />
