<br /> 'TRANSPORTA710N IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACY AND R�SOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> tFiat Transportation Irnpact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the cortstruction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07, as amendecl. The undersigned also undecstands, that such fees, as may be due, vttill be identi�ed at the time of
<br /> permi#ting. It is further understood that Transpartation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid priar to
<br /> receiv9ng a "ce�tificate of occupancy" or final power release. If the project does not involve a certificate of occupancy or

<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6) months after#he time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a periad not to exceed ninety {90} days and will demonstrate
<br /> I justifiable cause for the extensian. If work ceases for ninety(90)cansecu#ive days, fhe job is considered abandoned.
