r <br /> INTI�ODUCTION ` <br /> A NESHAP based survey was completed for Wal-Mart on August 22, 2007 by TRC. The survey <br /> encompassed Wal-Mart Store #706 located at 7631 Gall Boulevard in Zephyrhills, FL, and <br /> included materials which will likely be disturbed during upcoming and future renovations on the <br /> interior of the store only. <br /> The EPA certified AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) accredited inspector <br /> representative for TRC Environomics was Shannon G. Aden, an EPA (Environmental Protection <br /> Agency) AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector. The exterior walls are <br /> concrete block with drywall interior partition walls and/or orange peel metal sheeting (deli, <br /> bakery and seafood areas). The ceiling of the main sales floor is open to the roof deck, with the <br /> deli,bakery, seafood and tenant area ceilings consisting of a 2'x 4' or 2'x 2' acoustic ceiling tile. <br /> The employee areas have a 2'x 4' fiberglass ceiling tile. <br /> The flooring consists of concrete in the main sales floor and employee areas, with some areas <br /> containing faux wood sheet flooring. The tenant spaces have either vinyl floor tile or faux wood <br /> sheet flooring, depending upon the area, and carpet is found in the two main entrance areas. No <br /> other flooring was identified beneath any of the existing flooring. <br /> Page 4 <br />
