<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTNTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Trensportatlon Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildi�gs,change of
<br /> use 1n existing bu(Idings,or expansion of existlng bulldings,as speafied in Pasco County Ordinance nurt�er 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07,as amended. The undarsigned also understands,that such fees,as may be due,will be idenWied at the tlme of
<br /> permitUng. It is turther understood that Transportation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must 4e paid prior to

<br /> final power release,the fees must be pald prior to permit Issuance. Furthermore,if Pasco County Wate�/Sewer Impact

<br /> may 6e requested, In writing,from the Building Oifidal for a period not to exceed ninety(90)days and Will demonstrate
<br /> justifiable cause for the extension. If woric ceases for ninety(90)consecuGve days,the job is considered�bandoned.
