<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transporkatian Impact Fees and Recburse Recavery Fees may app#y to the canstruc#ion of new buiidings, change of

<br /> permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel, alter, or

<br /> requiring a correction of errars in plans, constructian or violations of any codes. �very permit issued shall become invafid
<br /> unless the work euthorized by such permi# is commenced within six rnonths af permit issuance, or if wark authorized by
<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6) manths after the time the work is commenced. An extensian
<br /> may be reQussted, in writing, fram the Building Officia! for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
<br />� jusfifiable cause for fhe extension. If wark ceases far ninety(90)consecufrve days, the job is considered abandoned.
