<br /> - Use of fill is not allawed in Flood Zone"V" unless expressly permitted.
<br /> - If the fi11 materiai is to be used in F4oad Zon "A", it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> "compensating volume" will be submitted at tim af permitting which is prepered by a professional engineer
<br /> licensed by the State af Florida.
<br /> - If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone `A" in connectian witM a permitted building using stem wail
<br /> construc#ion, I certify that fill will be used only to dl the area within the stem w�ll.
<br /> - lf fiH material is to be used in any area, 1 ce ify that use of such fill wi11 not adversely affect adjacent
<br /> properties. If use of fill is found to adversely a ct adjacent prc�perties, the owner may be cited for vialating
<br /> the conditions of the building permit issued und r the attached permit application, for lots Isss than ane (1)

<br /> plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air conditioning, gas, or athe installations not specifically included in the applicatian. A
<br /> permit issued shall be construed to be a ficense to praceed ith the work and nat as authority to violate, cancel, alter, or
<br /> set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall iss ance of a permit prevent the Building Official fram thereafter
<br /> requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or viola ions of any codes. Every permit issued shall become invalid
<br /> unless the wark autharized by such permit is cammenced ithin six manths of permit issuance, or if wark authorized by
<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6) manths after the time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested, in writing, from the Building O�cial far period not to exceed ninety (94) days and wil! demonstrate
<br /> justifiable cause for the e5c#ension. If work ceases for ninety 90}consecutive days,the job is considered abandoned.
