<br /> that Tcanspartatian Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to#he constructian af new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansian of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and

<br /> licensed by the State of Florida.

<br /> construction, I certify that fill will be used oniy to fill the area within the stem wall.

<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned fo�a period of six(6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested, in wrEting, from the Building t"�fFicial fa�a period not to exceed ninety (9Q) days and wi!! demonstrate
<br /> jusfifiable cause for the extension. If work ceas�s for ninefy(90)consecutive days,the jab is considered abandoned.
