<br /> TRANSPOR7ATION IMPACI'IUTIUTIES IMPACT AND R�SOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transpartation Impac# Fees and Recaurse Recovery Fees may apply to the canstruction af new bu'sldings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco Caunty Ordinance number 89-Q? and
<br /> 90-07, as amended. The undersigned aiso understands, that such fees, as may be due, wili be identified at the time of
<br /> permitting. It is further understood that Transparfafion tmpact Fees and Resaurce Recovery Fees must be paid prior ta
<br /> receiving a '"certificate of occupancy" or final power release. !f the project does not involve a certificate of occupancy or
<br /> finai power release, the fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermare, if Pasco County WaterlSewer Impact

<br />' the permit is suspended ar abandoned for a period of six(6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> tt�ay be requested, in writing, fram the Building Clffrcial for a period not#o exceed ninety (94) days and wifl demonst�ate
<br /> justifiable cause far the extension. If work ceases for ninefy(90j consecutive days, th 4job is considered abandoned.
