Bryn Mawr, Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60631-3486,"AP . 1. PREMISES. Owner and APT have entered i to a Site Agreement for Land dated as of . 1997(together with any amend ents and modfications thereto, the"Site AgreemenY), whereby Owner has leased and APT has hired those rtain premises Pasco County, Florida, consisting of, among other things, approximately 2,500 square feet of I nd, as depicted and legally described on Exhlbk "A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated into this Memora dum and certain easements(the'Project Slte'). 2. TERM• The initial term of the Site Agre ment shall be a period of five (5) and a fraction years commencing as of the °Commencement Date," as de ned herein below, and tertnina6ng on the 31st day of December following the fifth(5th)annual anniversary of e Commencement Date unless otherwise terminated as provided in the Site Agreement("Inittal Term"). , 3. RENEVIIAL OPTIONS. COMMENCEMENT. The "Commencemen Date" is the date on which APT begins construction of the APT Facilities (as defined in the Site A reement).
