Procedure for Lo Improvement Requests <br /> (Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations") <br /> 1. All requests are to go to the Chairman o the Lot Improvement Committee, You can hand <br /> deliver it to the Chairman or place it in the EPPOA mail box outside the EPPOA Office. The <br /> Chairman will present it to the Lot Impro ement Committee for their review on a weeklv <br /> basis. <br /> ?. An re uest which is NOT fi led out ro erl which includes, <br /> complete detailed/sketch or pamphlet of Park Model to be <br /> purchased with pictures, to nclude footprint, setbacks, front <br /> elevation, back elevation, te t & right elevation and must include <br /> all sizes and locations of wi dows and doors, with length, width <br />� and height of the overall str cture including color of siding, trim, <br />' shutters, doors and pavers, if applicable ), will be returned to the <br /> � a licant without an action ein taken. <br /> 3. The Committee will review all requests nd visit the site of the request as necessary. <br /> 4. After the Committee has recommended pproval or denial of the request, it will be presented <br /> to the Board of Directors for their approv I or denial. The final decision of the Board to approve <br /> or deny the request must be made by at least three (3) directors, one of which must be the <br /> Board liaison of the Lot Improvement Committee, if available. ' <br /> 5. There will be NO more one day approva s or last minute approvals. Request will take 7 to 14 <br /> days for appropriate review and conside ation, �if necessarv) thus giving the Committee and <br /> Board members time to review and consider the request in a thorough manner. <br /> 6. The original request will be dated and si ned as approved or denied, and after being copied <br /> ,the original will go into to the members fi e and the copy returned to the Lot owner by the <br /> Board of Director liaison or the Chairma of the committee. <br /> 7. The committee will follow up on request to determine that the request as presented and <br /> approved is being adhered to. <br /> 8.
