<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTiLIT1ES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that T.ransportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to tHe construction of new buildings, change of ,
