The Committee will reviEw all req ests and visit the site of the request as necessary. 4. After the Committee has recomm nded approval or denial of the request, it will be presented to the Board of Directors for their pproval or denial. The final decision of the Board to approve or deny�he request must be mad by at least three {3) directors, one of which must be the Board liaison ofi the Lot lmprovem nt Committee, ifi available. 5. There will be NO more one day a provals or last minute approvals. Request will take 7 to 14 � days for appropriate review and c nsideration, .�if necessarv) thus giving the Committee and Board members time to review an consider the request in a thorough manner. 6. The original request will be dated nd signed as approved or denied, and after being copied the ori inal will go in#o to the mem ers file and the copy returned to the Lot owner by the 9 Board of Director liaison or the Ch irman of the committee. 7. The committee will foilow up on re uests to determine that the request as presented and approved is being adhered to. 8. Any permit will be ACCEPTED F R APPROVAL between October 15 and April 1 ofi each year, however, each ov►rner must understand and knov� fher rnust be enou h rrberr�l�er� of the Committee to review and recomrr�end to the Board for their a roval.
