Petition to�Establish the Silverado Com uni Develo ment District submitted b Dune FL Land I Sub LLC. <br /> Vivek Barrar,Attorney with Straley Robin was representative for Metro Development. The Silverado <br /> project is located on the north side of Eiland Ivd and is west of the City. Vek stated there are 256 acres with <br /> 513 lots, currently there are 42 of the lots pr viously platted and will not be within the District and the existing <br /> roads serving these lots will remain public b t the spine road will be deeded/replatted to belong to the District. <br /> The spine road will go from Eiland Blvd to th end of the project. The project will be developed in four phases <br /> very similar to the Zephyr Lakes CDD with t e exception that the water and sewer services will belong to the <br /> County. Mr.Vande Berg stated that there <br /> was add tional landscape added at the rear riext to the retention pond and Mr. Kelly added that the A/C <br /> equipment has been placed on the roof and s not visable from any angle on the property There are no <br /> I changes in the egress or ingress to US 301 nd they utilize the same water&sewer I�s that are already in <br /> place(no changes as they will have fewer fa ilities. Mr. LeBlanc stated that they will need a ROW Permit from <br /> the,�3����_ �^ ^�_hat is being proPosed on Fort King Road and also that they will need a trash enc osure an <br /> they are required to follow the design stand rds for the encTosure. Mr. Kelly stated that he has added the <br /> information on the plans and he has brought 5 new sets of the Site Plans showing the requested changes. Mr. <br /> Vande Berg said that they were not going to require them to build a sidewalk but they will contribute funds to the <br /> sidewalk escrow account. Mr. LeBlanc didn't see any issues with this <br /> event as long as they don't need high amps or their equipment. Their organization will provide their own trash <br /> receptacles and clean-up. They are not plan ing on food vendors, maybe water or sodas. Approved. <br /> r$ � <br />
