<br /> All components of the Wofk must meet the requirements of all applicahle codes, intluding but not limited to the
<br /> Florida 8uilding Code, Federaf, 5tate, County and Locai Codes, as amended from time to time, and any ordir�ances
<br /> that may apply. In addition, all comaonent of the Wark shall be completed in acca�dance with the Plans and
<br /> Specifications, and as directed by General Co tractor,
<br /> 3. COPITRACT Sl1M: General Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in current funds, for the performance of the
<br /> Subcontract, the sum of Twelve Thousand our Hundred Ninety Six Dollars and 00/100 ($12,496.Q0) subjett to
<br /> additions and deductions by written change order agreed upon by bflth parties. SubcontraGtor is �esponsib�e for
<br /> locking in pricing for all items (material, labor equipment, etc,) required far completion of this scope for this projett.

<br /> 4. CONTRACT QOCUMENYS: The Contract he een Ownet and Gene�a) Contrac#or, hereinafter r�ferred t� as "Rrime
<br /> Contract," is incorporated herein by referen e and made an integral part of this 5ubcontract. The Prime Cantract
<br /> includes, but is not limited to, the 3greertte t between General Contractor and Otivner, all addenda, modificatEOns,
<br /> revisions, drawings, specifica*_ions, details, and all general, technical, supplementary, and spe�i�l terms and
<br /> conditions, as wefl as any and all other do uments listed in and referred to by the Prime Contract. The Prime
<br /> Co�tract and refated documents can be vie e�i by Subcontractor at General Contractor's principal place of business
<br /> during normal business hours. The Subco tractor is bound, responsible, obligated and liable to the General
<br /> Contractor ta the same extent as the Gen rai Contractor is li�ble to the owner und?r th� Prirr�e Contract. This
<br /> Subcontract and the ather contract dacum nts compr�sing the Prime Contract shall be read so as to �omplement
