'JtD P: ! f ilii p.4 ;1:0 r.;f;ol rs.E:.Fir. 09/26:o0 02 .q)j4a3t i r f 2 OR Bk: 4452 N;, 613 WHEREAS, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,a Florida municipal corporation, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, a Florida municipal corporation, has requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein,described in Section 1, and WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of.the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: Parcel I D. #: 37-26-22-O 00-40.0-01 . The South 40.00 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, LESS the East 105 feet thereof, TOGETHER with the North 40.00 feet of the Northeast 3/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, LESS the East 105.00 feet thereof, all in Pasco County,Florida. TOGETHER with that certain right-of-way known as 6th Avenue, from the Westerly portion of the above described property Westerly to the junction of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad right-of-way known as 6th Avenue. be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for said area. SECTION3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature of the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation duly expressed by Ordinance. r • Record and Return to: City Clerk's Office 5335 8th Street Zephyrhills, FL 33540
