<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1. ( JED PITTMAN PASCO- COUNTY. CLERK 1,

<br /> WHEREAS,BILL NYE REALTY,INC.,is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said BILL NYE REALTY,INC., has applied for rezoning of said parcel from
<br /> County C2 (General Commercial) to City C2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The South 130.00 feet of Tract 16, Less portion included in State Road right-of-way, in Section 3,
<br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, according
<br /> to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 6 of the Public Records of Pasco County,
<br /> Florida; and
<br /> The North 1/2 of Tract 17, less portion included in State Road right-of-way, in Section 3, Township
<br /> 26 South,Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, according to the map
<br /> or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 6, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City
<br /> C-2 (Community Commercial). .
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings arid execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
