<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH 'D-c
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1. cr

<br /> WHEREAS,DONALD W.ATWELL and JOYCE J.ATWELL, his wife, are the present ''
<br /> owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and P^'

<br /> WHEREAS, said DONALD W. ATWELL and JOYCE J. ATWELL, his wife, have o
<br /> applied for rezoning of said parcel from County C2 (General Commercial)to City C2 (Community
<br /> Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Commence at the NE corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, of Section 2, Township 26 South,
<br /> Range 21 East, thence West along the North line of said Section 2, 150.00 feet,,thence South and
<br /> parallel with.the East line of NW 1/4 of NW 14-of NW .6-01e6for"a Point:of Beginning;
<br /> thence continue South 200.00 feet, thence West and parallel with the North line of Section 2, 50.00
<br /> feet, thence North 200 feet, thence East 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning,LESS that portion of
<br /> same lying within 30 feet of the North line of Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. Parcel No.: 02-26-21-0010-00800-0040
<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City
<br /> C-2 (Community Commercial)..
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida;
