<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN TILE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE ~'

<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OFCo

<br /> WHEREAS, PETER MASTROBUONO is the present owner of the lands hereinafter
<br /> Imo -
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said PETER MASTROBUONO has requested and consented to the ANT
<br /> annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The West 36.00 feet of Tract 67, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, located in Section
<br /> 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the
<br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS and EXCEPT the North 208.69 feet thereof AND
<br /> Tract 78, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, located in Section 3, Township 26 South,
<br /> Range 21 East, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida. LESS and EXCEPT the North 87.48 feet of the East 207.43 feet thereof and LESS
<br /> and EXCEPT the following: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Tract 78; thence S.-89_°40'
<br /> 42"E., along the North boundary thereof a distance of 36.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence
<br /> S. 00°16'33"W.,parallel with the West boundary of said Tract 78, a distance of 28.32 feet; thence
<br /> S. 89°41'31"E., a distance of 135.00 feet; thence N. 00 °16'33"E., a distance of 28:.28 feet to a
<br /> point on the North boundary of said Tract 78; thence N. 89 °40'42" W, g distance of 135.00 feet
<br /> to the Point of Beginning. Said lands containing 4.52 acres more or less
<br /> Parcel No.: 03-26-21-0010-06700-0000
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for,
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by Ordinance. •
