C.2 AND C.3. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in <br /> regular meeting that: <br /> Section 1: Ordinance No. 577, Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance Section IV. 0; and Section <br /> V. C.2 and C.3 are hereby amended and shall henceforth read as follows: <br /> SECTION IV. 0: <br /> Major Road Network System: All arterial and collector roads within Pasco County transportation <br /> impact fee zone 6, as described and depicted on Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this <br /> ordinance, including new arterial and collector roads necessitated by land developments,. <br /> SECTION V. C.2: <br /> The paragraph defining COSTCON in the above-referenced Section shall hereinafter read: <br /> COSTCON = average cost to construct one lane-mile of roadway (weighted average for <br /> City, County and State within the transportation impact fee zone currently <br /> calculated to be $581,002) <br /> SECTION V. C.3: <br /> The following fees have been calculated using the formulas presented above. Unless_other <br /> independent studies are available, trip generation rates will be based on the most recent ITE Trip <br /> Generation Information Report.
