<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING
<br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN
<br /> ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171. 044, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, OAKLEY GROVES, INC. , a Florida Corporation, is the
<br /> present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said OAKLEY GROVES, INC. , a Florida Corporation has
<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves the annexation of said
<br /> lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits
<br /> of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Commence at the Northeast corner of the SE 4 of Section 34,
<br /> Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, thence
<br /> along the North line of said NE 4 of SE 4, run N-89°58 ' 35"-W,
<br /> 193 . 17 feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy. 301,
<br /> thence along said line run S-01°09 ' 30"-E, 25. 00 feet to the South
<br /> right-of-way line of Sunnyside Drive, for a POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br /> thence continuing along the West right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy.
<br /> 301, run S-01°09 ' 30"-E, 0 .38 feet, thence N-88°51 ' 04"-E, 10 .00
<br /> feet, thence S-00°07 ' 42"-W, 609 . 07 feet, thence N-89°33 ' 48"-E,
<br /> 32 .00 feet, thence S-00°04 ' 30"-W, 691. 76 feet, to the Northeast
<br /> corner of SPANISH TRAILS VILLAGE, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
<br /> Pages 59 and 60, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence
<br /> along the North boundary of said subdivision, and leaving
<br /> aforesaid right-of-way line, run N-89°58 ' 40"-W, 843 .32 feet,
<br /> thence N-00°09 ' 28"-E, 1300. 77 feet to the South right-of-way line
<br /> of Sunnyside Drive, thence along said line S-89°58 ' 35"-E, 800 . 0
<br /> feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; containing 24. 71 acres.
<br /> SECTION 2. Said lands are contiguous to the present City
<br /> limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now
<br /> unincorporated and lie in the same County as said City, and when
<br /> annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated
<br /> territory of said City. That the owner of said lands contained
<br /> in said area to be annexed has given written consent to have such
<br /> area annexed and the City Council does hereby approve the
<br /> annexation for said area.
<br /> SECTION 3. That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been
<br /> given authority by the Legislature of the State of Florida,
