AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 TO INCLUDE A NEW SECTION TO BE DESIGNATED SECTION 5-27 . 2, PROHIBITING DOGS FROM MUNICIPAL CEMETERY. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular session, that: Ordinance No. 520 is hereby amended to include an additional Section to be hereafter designated 5-27 .2 and which .shall read- as follows : ' Dogs , shall hereby be forbidden from the municipal Cemetery,_ Any person having direct control and supervison over a dog-which. enters the municipal Cemetery, shall be in violation ,of • this Chapter. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that. all other provisions of Ordinance No. 520 as codified in Chapter 5 of the Zephyrhills Code, remain in full force and effect. This Ordinance shall become effective upon third reading and signing by the Mayor.
