WHEREAS, because of the growth, development and needs . `, of the City of Zephyrhills , the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills believes Section 4-4 of the Zephyrhills CityCode 7-1 to no longer be applicable to the needs of the City of Zephyr CO hills ; NOW, THEREFORE , be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , sitting in regular session that : 1. Section 4-4 of the Zephyrhills City Code prohibiting - _ the sal-es of alcoholic beverages in certain locations and° describing= the zone for that location be , and the same ishereby repealed and the same shall hereafter be considered nil , nulland void. 2 . Hereafter §4-4 of Zephyrhills City Code shall read as follows : 7 "1 . It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, consume , transport , carry or possess any alcoholic liquor in any public park owned by the City of Zephyrhills as designated as a public park within the City limits . 2 . Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not- less than $25 nor more than $200 or incarcerated fora period not in excess of sixty (60) days or both.
