-l \°` 261 A))0,6 ORDINANCE NO. 328 • ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF OWNER OF SAID LANDS; PROVIDING FOR REDEFINING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICA- TIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE, AFTER ADOPTION,- FILING _ WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPART- MENT OF STATE. WHEREAS , Florida Statute 171 . 044 does provide a procedure ' whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the CO CO corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed to CO said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of an ordinance annexing same , and WHEREAS , a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by • Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of IIIZephyrhills , and WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has • deemed it to the best "interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : fJ 1 .
