J t • WHEREAS, because of the growth, development and needs of the City of Zephyrhills , the City Council of the City 'of Zephyrhills believes Section 4-4 of the Zephyrhills City Code to no longer be applicable to the needs of the City of Zephyr- hills ; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council the City of Zephyrhills , sitting in regular session that:- 1 . Section 4-4 of the Zephyrhills City Code prohibiting the sales of alcoholic beverages in certain locations and,. _ describing the zone for that location be , and the same is hereby'' repealed and the same shall hereafter be considered nil , null and void. 2 . Hereafter §4-4 of the Zephyrhills City Code shall ,,read- .as follows : "1 . It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, consume , .' transport, carry or possess any alcoholic beverage on the premises; - of the City Hall , the Alice Hall Community Center premises-'pr in any public park owned by the City of Zephyrhills as designated as a public park within the City limits . 2 . Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 or incarcerated for a period not in excess of sixty (60) days or both. ” 3. This ordinance repeals Ordinance #327 . 4 . This ordinance shall become effective when passed on its third reading and signed by the Mayor of said City. 0. R. 1188 PG 1958
