I ORDINANCE 40. 356 <br /> Vii _eel) <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS <br /> FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TER1ITORY TO <br /> 1 BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY <br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST CF THE. OWNER OF SUCH <br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE <br /> 171 .044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. <br /> ill • WHEREAS, WILBUR F. STANLEY ,. beinq the owner of the <br /> land hereinafter described in Section 1 has requested <br /> and consented to the annexation -Of the land hereinafter <br /> described by the City of Zeph, rhi lls ; and <br /> WHEREAS; such annexations are authorized by Florida <br /> Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the <br /> municipal Charter , and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approves' the annexation <br /> of said lands and the inclusion of, said lands within the <br /> corporate limits of said City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ENACTED ANC ORDAINED by the <br /> City Council of the City of Zephyrhi 1 is , Florida, as <br /> • <br /> follows : <br /> SECTION. 1 . . That the following described lands , <br /> lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, . <br /> • to-wit : <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the north <br /> boundary line of Tract 35 , Section 14 , Township 26 <br /> South , Range 21 East , according to map or plat of <br /> the ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY ,LPNDS , as the same <br /> is recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, <br /> Florida, and the East boundary line of the Seaboard <br /> Air Line Railroad Company as a point of beginning , <br /> thence East 80 feet , thence' South 125 feet ; thence <br /> West approximately 42 feet to the East boundary <br /> line of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company . . <br /> right-of-way; thence Northwesterly along the East <br /> boundary line of the Seaboard Air Line Company <br /> right-of-way to the point of beginning . <br /> be, and the same are' hereby annexed to and in.clu.ded --- -- - --- <br /> within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , <br /> Florida, a municipal corporation . <br /> SECTION 2.
