WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171.044 does provide a procedure for voluntary annexation whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills may be annexed to said City upon'petitialof said owners and the adoption of an ordinance annexing same, and - J WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the " :.- _ rq = corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills has by petition requested the annexa.-; tion of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills, and ..-: ' r WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed-.it .to the ' best interest of said City that the lands described on said petition be annexed with- in the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
