REQUIRING CONSENTS . FOR ZONING <br /> CHANGE OR EXCEPTIONS BY PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> AND OR OCCUPANTS OF BUILDINGS OR DWELLINGS <br /> WITHIN 500 FEET OF PROPERTY IN QUESTION <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 : That Subparagraph B of Section 16 of Or- <br /> dinance No. 171 is, hereby, modified by adding Subparagraph 4 <br /> to said Section, the same to read as follows : <br /> SECTION 16. REQUEST FOR ZONING CHANGE OR EXCEPTION. <br /> B .
