ORDINANCE NO. .-2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 143, BY REQUIRING ALL USERS <br /> OF CITY WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO PAY A <br /> MINIMUM CHARGE OF FIFTY (50%) PERCENT OF <br /> THE STANDARD MONTHLY RATE WHETHER OR NOT <br /> USER'S DWELLING OR PLACE OF BUSINESS IS <br /> OCCUPIED; ALSO. PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY <br /> FOR FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE CITY WHEN <br /> USER'S PREMISES ARE REOCCUPIED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1. : That Ordinance No. 143 of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills is, hereby, amended by addition of the following <br /> sections : <br /> SECTION 9 : There is, hereby, levied on all <br /> users of city water and sewer services, a <br /> minimum rate of fifty (50%) percent of the <br /> standard monthly rate when said user' s prem- <br /> ises are unoccupied. <br /> SECTION 10 : That all owners or occupants <br /> of user' s premises are, hereby, required <br /> to notify the City Manager' s office of oc- <br /> cupancy of user' s dwelling or place of bus- <br /> iness within 4 days after reoccupancy <br /> of same. <br /> SECTION 11 : That should any user fail to <br /> give notification required in foregoing <br /> section, then the full monthly standard <br /> rate shall be imposed covering the entire <br /> ninety (90) day pay period in which such <br /> reoccupancy occurs plus any excess water <br /> charge as shown on meter serving said <br /> premise. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. ,53 was read and passed <br /> on its first reading by .the City Council of the City of Zephyr- <br /> hills, Florida, on the / 2 day of 1974. <br /> Cc;G I e r <br /> Presi.ent o - i y Council <br /> Attest : <br /> City Clerk <br />
