21)1 <br /> a1J <br /> Cgr <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 0236 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, <br /> A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ANNEXING A CER- <br /> TAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPORATE c/t-F <br /> LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF <br /> OWNER OF SAID LAND; PROVIDING FOR RE- <br /> DEFINING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY ,� <br /> 111 TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR = <br /> THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE ORDINANCE, <br /> AFTER ADOPTION, WITH THE CLERK OF THE <br /> CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE . <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 16 does provide a procedure <br /> whereby allowners of real property being contiguous to the corp- <br /> orate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, may be annexed to said <br /> City, upon Petition of said owners, and the adoption of an Or- <br /> dinance annexing same, and <br /> WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contig- <br /> uous to the corporate limits of the City .of Zephyrhills has, by <br /> Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of <br /> Zephyrhills, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has <br /> deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de- <br /> scribed on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits <br /> of the City of Zephyrhills . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills, as follows : <br /> 1 .
