ORDINANCE N0. 256 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br /> SECTION 19-19(a) (1 ) OF THE CODE' OF THE <br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS PROVIDING FOR THE <br /> INCREASE IN SEWER RATES FOR RESIDENCE FROM <br /> FROM TWO DOLLARS AND 50/100 ($2.50) TO <br /> THREE DOLLARS AND 50/100 ($3.50) PER MONTH; <br /> AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-19(a) (1 ) , sewer <br /> charges levied on residence were set at the amount of, two dol- <br /> lars and 50/100 ($2.50) per month, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it necessary to <br /> � 1 <br /> increase said sewer rates as same applied to residences from <br /> the present two dollars and 50/100 ($2.50) per month to three <br /> dollars and 50/100 ($3.50) per month . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 : That Section 19-19(a) (1 ) of the Code of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills be and the same is, hereby, now amended to <br /> read as follows : <br /> 1 .
