RESOLUTION NO. 782-21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 745-17 TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN RENTAL PRICES FOR THE "Z" EVENT CENTER. WHEREAS, on November 27, 2017, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida sitting in regular session, previously adopted Resolution No. 745-17 which established fees relating to the rental of the airport venue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined an amendment is necessary to the fees set forth in Resolution No. 745- 17; and WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills owns and operates the airport venue, herein after referred to as the "Z" Event Center; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills desires to amend prices for the rental of the "Z" Event Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida that the City Council does hereby amend Resolution No. 745-17 as follows: Section 1: Electricity will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per day of event. Fees associated with the event charge shall be allocated to the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport for usage of airport property. Section 2. Any prior resolution or portion thereof establishing fees for the "Z" Event Center, previously known As the airport venue, that is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective when passed by the City Council and signed by the Mayor.
