<br />PROJECT NARRATIVE
<br />THE EXISTING PARK IS EXPANDING TO MEET AN IDENTIFIED NEED FOR ADDITIONAL
<br />CAPACITY TO SERVE PERMANENT RESIDENTS AS WELL AS LONG TERM SEASONAL GUESTS.
<br />EXISTING ZONING OF THE EXPANSION AREA IS PUD AND MATCHES THE EXISTING PARK
<br />ZONING. THE FUTURE LAND USE IS DESIGNATED AS MOBILE HOME/RV PARK.
<br />THE PLANNED USE OF PHASE IIB INCLUDES AN ADDITIONAL 122 PARK MODEL SITES AND 27
<br />RV SITES. RELOCATION OF EXISTING SITE AMENITIES TO OTHER AREAS OF THE PROPERTY IS
<br />ALSO PROPOSED.
<br />IT IS INTENDED FOR THE EXPANSION TO BE AGE RESTRICTED TO 55+ AND RECORDED
<br />RESTRICTIONS WILL REFLECT THE DETAILS. THE TYPICAL PARK MODEL UNIT WILL BE OF
<br />SIMILAR ARCHITECTURE TO THOSE CURRENTLY IN THE PARK AND A TYPICAL INDIVIDUAL
<br />SITE LAYOUT IS INCLUDED ON THE OVERALL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
<br />THIS EXPANSION IS A REVISION OF A PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PHASE IIB

<br />PREVIOUS PLAN REQUESTED. STORM WATER MANAGEMENT WILL UTILIZE THE EXISTING
