<br />6. ALL PRODUCTS AND PARTS SHALL FIT TOGETHER NEATLY, WITHOUT DAMAGE OR
<br />DISFIGUREMENT. EXCEPT FOR SPECIFIED CURVED SURFACES, ALL PRODUCTS AND PARTS
<br />SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED/ FABRICATED AND INSTALLED TRUE, IN LINE, AND PLUMB. ALL
<br />NON CONFORMING WORK SHALL BE REJECTED AND RE -ACCOMPLISHED BY THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE OWNER
<br />1. ALL WORK SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF NEW COMPONENTS.

<br />THIS INSPECTION IS REQUIRED SO THAT THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE TOTALLY FAMILIAR
<br />WITH THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND THEIR INTERFACE WITH THE NEW CONSTRUCTION AS

<br />10, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE G.C. SHALL FURNISH A WRITTEN GUARANTEE FOR ALL
<br />WORK (EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, AND LABOR), AGAINST ANY DEFECTS IN SAID WORK FOR A
<br />PERIOD OF ONE 0) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION, WITH ALL
<br />APPROPRIATE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
