Plan Review Comments — Single Family Residences <br />1. F.F.E. shall be a minimum 8" above road elevation or to the engineered site <br />plan. <br />2. Tie-in survey required before pre -slab inspection to show elevation. <br />3. Compaction test required if 24" of fill is brought in at any one place. <br />4. All setbacks shall be met. <br />5.
