The facility has typical offices, <br />conference and break rooms, vault and cupon booths, as well as four walk—up <br />teller stations. There will also be three remote tellers plus a drive —up ATM all <br />under roof. Strength — building: 3,000psi at 28 days. <br />Strength — exterior: (Exposed) 3,000 psi at 28 days. <br />Slump: 5 inch max for general use; 3 inch max for flat work. <br />Air Entrainment: 5% by volume, plus/minus 1%. <br />Foundations and Footings: If footing elevation occurs in disturbed, unstable or <br />unsuitable soil, the Architect/Engineer shall be notified and necessary adjustments <br />shall be made per their instructions. <br />Preparation of the subgrade shall be in strict accordance with the instructions <br />outlined in the Geotechnical report from Hernasco Test Labarory, Inc. 6302 Behjomin <br />Road, Tampa, Florida 33634 dated February 8, 2008. <br />03346 FLOOR FINISH <br />Interior Slabs: Float finish in accordance with ACI 301, the power trowel to produce <br />a smooth surface relatively free of defects. Where floor tile occurs, provide a light <br />broom finish to aid in bonding tile to slab. <br />Exterior Slabs: Provide a light broom finish with tooled joints and 2 inch smooth <br />troweled edge. <br />DIVISION 4 MASONRY <br />04200 CONCRETE UNIT MASONRY <br />Design, Material and Workmanship: Shall be in accordance with the ACI 530/ACI <br />530.1. <br />Concrete Masonry Units: Nominal face dimensions of 8"x16" (laid in running bond <br />unless otherwise noted) with a 1-1 /4" minimum face shall cured in a moisture <br />controlled atmosphere to comply with ASTM C90, grade N, type 1. <br />Mortar Above Grade: ASTM C270, Type S (1800 PSI at 28 days). <br />Mortar Below Grade: ASTM C270, Type M (2500 PSI at 28 days). <br />Portland Cement: ASTM C150, Type 1. <br />Aggregates: ASTM C144, standard masonry type. <br />Hydrated Lime: ASTM C207, type S. <br />Water: clean and clear. <br />Admixtures: not to be used unless approved. <br />Reinforcing Bars: 60 ksi, yield grade; deformed billet steel bars, ASTM A615. <br />Horizontal Reinforcement: Truss type, ASTM A82, hot dipped galvanized steel wire <br />with 9 gauge side rails and cross rods installed not less than 16 inches vertical <br />and 6 inch lap joints. <br />Opening Reinforcement: Place horizontal joint reinforcement in the first and second <br />bed joints, 8 inches apart immediately above lintels and below sills.
