<br /> 1. SCM Roofing Of Florida,Ina("Contractor")assumes no responsibility for structural integrity of the roof deck or of the buiiding on which
<br /> the roofing is to be installed. Customer represents all structures to be in sound candition capable af withstanding normal roofing
<br /> construction and operations.
<br /> 2. Customcr is solely responsible far praviding Contractor prior ta the commencing af construction with such water,eIectricity,or other utility
<br /> as may be required by the Contractor to affect the work covered by this contract. Owner shall provide a toilei during the course of
<br /> construction,if required. Customer hereby grants to Contractor the�ight to display signs and advertising at the project site.
<br /> 3. Where colors are ta be matched,Contractor shali make every reasonable effart using standard co2ors and materials,but does not euarantee
<br /> a nerfect match.

<br /> 4. This proposal and contract is based upon the work to be performed by Contractor not involving asbestos-cantaining or toxic materials and
<br /> that such materiais wilt not be encountered or disturbed during the�course af performing the work. In the event that such materials aze
<br /> encountered, ContracTOr shalI be entitIed to reasonable compensation for a21 additianai expenses incurred as a resuIt of the presence of
<br /> asbestos-cantaining or toxic materiais.
<br /> 5. Customer shall be entitled to order changes and the contract price shal]be adjusted accordingly. Upan removal of the existing roofing,
<br /> conditions whictr raquire additionat work,such as rotten or deteriorated wood,are sometimes encountered. If the scope af work outlined
<br /> on the face of this propasai does not contemplate such conditions,Gontractor wilI promptly report the condition to the Customer and take
<br /> such steps as are reasonably necessary and prudent to protact the building. Unless otherwise noted in this agreement,the price quoted does
<br /> not include removing or replacing fascia, trim, sheathing, rafters, structural mernbers, siding,masonry, vents, roofing, caulking, metal-
<br /> edging or flashing af any type. If,during the course of work, it should becorne apparent that any such portions of the structure should be
<br /> repaired or repiaced,Custamer may autharize Contraetor to do such additianal wark far an extra charge. Any alteration to or deviation
<br /> from the specificatians described an the front side of this proposal involving extra costs wili be biiled as an extra charge or�a time and
<br /> material basis.
<br /> 6. Contractor shalI not be responsible for Ioss,darnage or delay caused+by unforeseen circurnstances beyond its reasonable contral,including
<br /> bnt not limited to acts of God, weather, accidents, fire, vandatism,'reguIatian, strikes, failure ar delay of transportatian, shortage of ar ��
<br /> inability to obtain materials,acts of Owner or agents of Owner. Contractor is nat required to remove water from the roof. If the roof(s) i
<br /> needs to be unloaded due ta high winds or storms,Customer agrees to reimburse Contractar for labor and equipment costs far unloading �
