(SGT� has completed structural and soil e}cploration at the above <br /> referenced properry.We appreciate your selection of SGT to perform these services.The <br /> assessment was completed on July 3, 2015,and consists of preparation of a site map, <br /> inspection of cracking damage,hand auger borings,and foundation test pits. <br /> � � • � • � � • � • • • <br /> The purpose of this structural and soil exploration and field exploration services completed <br /> by SGT for the project site was to evaluate the foundation and determine if the residence is <br /> stabilized and habitable at this time.To achieve this,a two-stage engineering investigation <br /> was performed which consisted of the elements listed below <br /> Stage I <br /> • Performing a field inspection of the residential structure, selecting field test <br /> locations,and reviewing existing information consisting of general subsoil <br /> conditions in the project area and any other available project area related <br /> information. <br /> Stage II <br /> • Evaluating the exterior and interior damage, <br /> • Obtaining representative soil samples from test locations, <br /> • Grouting all soil borings in general accor�dance with applicable guidelines,as <br /> necessary, , <br /> • Reviewing soil samples and performing laboratory inspection of all selected <br /> samples,as necessary,to evaluate pertinent engineering characterisrics of the soil 'I <br /> and assist in their classification,and ' <br /> • Compiling the field exploration and laboratory testing data,providing an evaluation I <br /> of sub-soil conditions and summarizing comments, findings, and conclusions as they I <br /> relate to the completed repair, ongoing damages on the properry. <br /> SGT Project No.:SGT-P3507-9167 <br /> Southeast Property Acquisitions LLC Property Page 1 of 4 <br />
