Sinkhole Geotech (SGT) was requested to check this residence to <br /> recommend the appropriate stabilization for the damage. SGT inspected the residence to <br /> study the nature and potential causes of the damage. The damage consists of stair-step <br /> cracks in the northeastern corner of the residence and few cracks in the west elevation and <br /> front of the residence. Our hand auger borings indicate the presence of very loose soils <br /> within the zone of influence of the foundation. SGT was requested by the homeowner <br /> and/or his contractor to provide; a stabilization plan.
