Submit claims for transportation damage. <br /> 3. Inspect deliveries jointly with the Contractor. <br /> , 4. Arrange for replacement of damaged, defective, or missing rtems. <br /> 5. Arrange for manufacturer's field services. <br /> 6. Arrange for and deliver manufacturer's warranties and bonds to the Contractor. <br /> � C. , Contractor's Responsibilities: <br /> � 1. Protect equipment from damage and from exposure to elements. <br /> j 5. Handle products at site including uncrating, inventory and storage of equipment. <br /> i6.
