STEVENS Residence <br /> $7120 Foxrun Place <br /> �ephyrhills, FL 33542 <br /> July 15, 2016 <br /> with 12d nails installed a maximum of 3" on center. <br /> • Wall Sheathinq —The new '/n plywood exterior sheathing material is to be <br /> secured to the 2"X6" stud structure employing 8d ring shank nails, 4" on center <br /> along all the edges and 8" on center in the field of the plywood, however where <br /> nailing is not possible, the studs may be secured to the plywood employing <br /> generous amounts of waterproof, exterior grade construction adhesive. The <br /> replacement stucco material is to be provided with the required double layer of <br /> vapor and moisture barriers installed over the plywood sheathing and then <br />� installed as a three coat stucco system reinforced with galvanized or stainless <br /> steel wire mesh and secured with galvanized or stainless steel fasteners. The <br /> three coat stucco system is to provide a minimum thickness of 7/8" of masonry <br /> material. In those areas where the existing stucco is to be retained over new <br /> plywood sheeting which has been provided with the required double layer of <br /> moisture and vapor barrier, the stucco is to be secured to the new sheeting with <br />, #10 X 2" galvanized or stainless steel wood screws, installed 16" on center <br />'� horizontally. The stucco is to be�nished and painted to match the existing stucco <br /> materials. <br /> • Window—The existing window is to be reinstalled in the repaired and rebuilt <br /> window opening and secured employing #8 X 3'/2' corrosion resistant wood <br /> screws, 6 inches from all corners and 12 inches on center to provide for the wind <br /> load pressures of+25.5 PSF/-27.8 PSF. <br /> • Wall Finish — Upon completion of the structural repair of the wall and the <br /> installation of the CODE required R13 minimum insulation, the walls are to be <br /> finished to match the existing. <br /> I� GENERAL SPECIFICATION <br /> The repair and restoration of this single family residential structure has been designed <br /> in accordance the requirements of the FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 5TH EDITION, �, <br /> BUILDING, CHAPTER 16, DESIGN CRITERIA and ASCE 7. <br /> • Wind load requirements employed in the design of the structure: <br /> I - 4 � <br /> William F.
