The <br /> three coat stucco system is to provide a minimum thickness of 7/8" of masonry <br /> material. In those areas where the existing stucco is to be retained over new <br /> plywood sheeting which has been provided with the required double layer of <br /> moisture and vapor barrier, the stucco is to be secured to the new sheeting with <br />, #10 X 2" galvanized or stainless steel wood screws, installed 16" on center <br />'� horizontally.
