Non- <br /> medical products may be sold as well. <br /> Food Store: A retail establishment primarily selling food as well as other convenience <br /> and household goods. <br /> Infill Development: Development of vacant skipped-over parcels of land in otherwise <br /> built-up areas. Local governments are showing increasing interest in infill development <br /> as a way of containing energy costs and limiting costs of extending infrastructure into <br /> newly developing areas. Infill development also provides an attractive alternative to new <br /> development by reducing loss of critical and resource lands to new development and by <br /> focusing on strengthening older neighborhoods. <br /> Porch: A platform extending from a building entrance. The structure may or may not be <br /> roofed and not be more than seventy five percent (75%) enclosed by walls. <br /> Primary Frontage: A type of building frontage in a Traditional Marketplace <br /> Development (TMD) that is primarily located along main streets and is characterized by <br /> zero front setbacks and limitations on the physical separation between buildings. <br /> Secondary Frontage: A type of building frontage in a Traditional Marketplace <br /> Development (TMD) that allows for variable front setbacks and more frequent physical <br /> separation between buildings than allowed on Primary Frontages. <br /> Store Front: The front of a retail establishment facing a street where the main building <br /> entrance is located. <br /> SECTION 4. Repealer. <br /> All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 5. Codification. <br /> It is the intent of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills that the provisions of this ordinance <br /> shall become and be made part of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code. <br /> SECTION 6. Severability. <br /> It is declared to be the intent of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, that if any <br /> section, subsection, sentence, clause, or provision of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid, the <br /> remainder of this Ordinance shall be construed as not having contained said section, subsection, <br /> sentence, clause, or provision and shall not be affected by such holding. <br /> SECTION 7..
