<br /> 2.03A LIABILITY: OR BK 4900 1687
<br /> The City assumes no responsibility for loss,injury,or damage to persons or
<br /> property by reason of fire,theft,vandalism,wind,flood,earthquake,collision,
<br /> strikes,or act of God nor does it assume liability for injury to persons while on the
<br /> Airport.
<br /> 2.04 ADVERTISING AND DISPLAY/COMMERCIAL SPEECH:
<br /> a. No person shall post, distribute,or display signs, advertisements,
<br /> literature,circulars,pictures, sketches,drawings,or other forms of printed
<br /> or written matter in leased space,the AOA,or Restricted Areas at the
<br /> Airport,without the express written permission of the Airport Manager.
<br /> b. No person shall post or display signs,pictures, sketches, drawings, or other
<br /> forms of printed or written material in public areas at the Airport,without
<br /> the express written permission of the Airport Manager.
<br /> c. No person, for a commercial purpose, shall post,distribute,or display
<br /> signs,advertisements,circulars,pictures, sketches,or engage in other
<br /> forms of commercial speech without first complying with Section 2.02
<br /> above.
<br /> 2.05 SOLICITATION:
<br /> No person shall solicit for any purpose on the Airport.
<br /> 2.06 OBSTRUCTION OF AIRPORT USE AND OPERATION:
<br /> No person shall obstruct, impair, or unreasonably interfere with the safe,
<br /> orderly and efficient use of the Airport by any other person,vehicle,or
<br /> aircraft.
<br /> 2.07 RESTRICTED AREAS AND AIR OPERATIONS AREAS:
<br /> a. Except as otherwise provided herein,no person may,without the prior
<br /> written authorization of the City,enter the Air Operations Area
<br /> (AOA)or any Restricted Area on the airport except:
<br /> 1. Persons assigned to duty thereon.
<br /> 2. Passengers who, under appropriate supervision, enter upon the aircraft
