Persons authorized by the Manager. <br /> 4. Persons engaged,or having been engaged in the operation of aircraft. <br /> b. The security of all vehicle and pedestrian gates, doors fences,walls,and <br /> barricades which lead from a tenant, lessee, or contractor exclusive use area <br /> to or from the Air Operations Area, or any other Restricted Area, shall be <br /> the responsibility of the tenant, lessee,or contractor abutting the Air <br /> Operations Area. <br /> 2.08 PICKETING,MARCHING,AND DEMONSTRATION: <br /> No person shall walk in a picket line as a picket or take part in a labor or other form of <br /> demonstration including,but not limited to parades,marches,patrols, sit-ins, and public <br /> assemblies on any part of the Airport,except in or at the place specifically assigned <br /> through prior arrangements by the City for such picketing or other permitted <br /> demonstration,and any such picketing or demonstration shall be conducted as follows: <br /> a. In the peaceful and orderly manner contemplated by law,without physical harm, <br /> molestation,threat,or harassment of persons,obscenities,violence,breach of the <br /> peace or other unlawful conduct. <br /> b. Without obstructing the use of the Airport by others and without hindrance to or <br /> interference with the proper, safe,orderly,and efficient operation of the Airport <br /> and the activities conducted thereupon. <br /> c. In strict accordance with City operating procedures governing such activities <br /> on the Airport and pursuant to directions and conditions outlined in writing by the <br /> City in each instance. <br /> 2.09 OTHER LAWS: <br /> All applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Florida and ordinances of the City <br /> and/or County now in existence or hereafter promulgated,are hereby adopted by <br /> reference as part of the Rules and Regulations of the Airport. <br /> 2.10 INSURANCE CERTIFICATES: <br /> a.
