HAND PROPPING OF AIRCTAFT: <br /> Hand propping is not allowed unless there is no other means of starting Aircraft. <br /> Pilot will be solely responsible for liability resulting from this type of action. <br /> j. CERTIFICATION OF AIRCRAFT AND LICENSING OF PILOTS: <br /> All Aircraft operating at the Airport shall display on board the Aircraft a valid <br /> Airworthiness Certificate issued by the FAA or appropriate foreign government <br /> and shall display on the exterior of the Aircraft a valid registration number issued <br /> by the FAA or appropriate foreign government. All persons operating Aircraft on <br /> the Airport shall possess an appropriate license and medical certificate,issued by <br /> the FAA or appropriate foreign government. The operator shall,upon request of <br /> the Manager or his/her representative,produce the operator's license and <br /> airworthiness certificate. <br /> 5.02 AIRPORT OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS <br /> a. GENERAL: Unless contrary to Federal Policy Regulations,and/or Grant <br /> Assurances the City shall have the authority to designate or restrict the use of <br /> runways or other operational areas at the Airport with respect to but not limited to, <br /> the following types of operations. <br /> ❑ Experimental Flights; <br /> u Equipment Demonstration; <br /> ❑ Air Shows; <br /> u Aircraft Type; <br /> ❑ Compliance with FAR Part 36,Noise Standards: Aircraft Type and <br /> Airworthiness Certification <br /> b. AIRCRAFT COMMUNICATIONS: All based aircraft operating at the airport shall <br /> be equipped with a two-way radio capable of transmitting and receiving on the <br /> UNICOM frequency assigned to Zephyrhills Municipal Airport within a five <br /> nautical mile radius of the airport. <br /> c. TAKE OFFS AND LANDINGS <br /> 1. Except for a Helicopter,which may operate from a helipad or other <br /> approved location,no person shall cause an Aircraft to land or takeoff at the <br /> Airport,except on a runway. <br /> 111 2.
