Persons landing an Aircraft at the Airport shall make the landing runway <br /> available to other Aircraft by leaving said runway as promptly as possible, <br /> consistent with safety. <br /> 4. Any person operating or controlling an Aircraft landing at or taking off <br /> from the Airport shall maintain engine noise within applicable Aircraft <br /> engine noise limits as promulgated by the Federal government,or <br /> City,whichever is the most restrictive. <br /> Such designation of restriction will be established through the issuance of <br /> Operational Directives. <br /> d. BALLOON OPERATIONS <br /> 1. Balloon operators must contact the Airport Manager before their <br /> first operation of any balloon at the airport. <br /> 111 2. Balloon pilots must register NOTAM's for skydiving from balloons. <br /> 3. Balloon pilots must notify Tampa Approach Control of any <br /> skydiving activity. <br /> 4. Balloon pilots are required to have a radio and monitor Unicorn on <br /> frequency 122.8. <br /> 5. Skydiving activity from balloons is restricted to Zephyrhills Airport. <br /> 6. Landing and take off for balloons is prohibited within city limits of <br /> Zephyrhills, except for at Zephyrhills Airport. <br /> 7. All FAA regulations pertaining to balloon flight at Zephyrhills <br /> Airport must be followed. <br /> e. ULTRALIGHT VEHICLES <br /> Ultralight vehicle operations are allowed only in areas specified by the City.All <br /> ultralight vehicles must be equipped with brakes and two-way radio <br /> communications with the capability of transmitting and receiving on the <br /> Zephyrhills UNICOM 122.8 frequency. Pilots of ultralight vehicles are required to <br /> possess the basic aeronautical skills necessary for safe operations within the <br /> Zephyrhills Airport Air Traffic Area,and possess an endorsement from a Basic <br /> Flight Instructor for solo VFR flight. All ultralight operations must meet or exceed <br /> all requirements contained in Federal Aviation Regulations Part 103 and shall be in <br /> accordance with all current Airport Operational Directives. <br /> Airports+USA, Inc.
