PARACHUTE OPERATIONS <br /> All parachute operations must be conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation <br /> Regulations Part 105 and shall meet or exceed the basic safety requirements of the <br /> United States Parachute Association. Parachute operations at Zephyrhills <br /> Municipal Airport shall be limited to drop zone(s) specified by the Airport <br /> Manager and shall be in accordance with all current Airport Operational <br /> Directives. <br /> g. GLIDER OPERATIONS <br /> All glider operations must be conducted in accordance with current Federal <br /> Aviation Regulations Part 91 and current Airport Operational Directives,and <br /> approved in advance by the Airport Manager. <br /> h. KITES,MODELS,BALLOONS PROHIBITED: <br /> No kites,model airplanes,tethered unmanned balloons or other objects <br /> constituting a hazard to Aircraft operations shall be flown on or within the vicinity <br /> of the Airport. <br /> 5.03 TAXI AND GROUND RULES: <br /> a. AIRCRAFT PARKING <br /> 1. No person shall park an Aircraft in any area on the Airport except those <br /> designated, and in the manner prescribed,by the City. If any person uses <br /> unauthorized areas for Aircraft parking,the Aircraft so parked may be <br /> removed by or at the direction of City at the risk and expense of the Owner <br /> thereof. <br /> 2. No Aircraft shall be left unattended on the Airport unless it is in a hangar or <br /> adequately secured. Owners of such aircraft shall be held responsible for <br /> any damage resulting from failure to properly comply with this provision. <br /> 3. Articles left in Aircraft are the sole responsibility of the Aircraft <br /> Owner/pilot. Theft or vandalism of said articles are not the City's <br /> responsibility. <br /> b.
