1.)Fi 81( 4900 PG 1709 <br /> 37 Of 48 <br /> Airport Enhancement Program 2/27/02 <br /> 1. No person shall park or store any Aircraft in non-flyable condition on <br /> Airport property, including leased premises,for a period in excess of ninety <br /> (90)days,without written permission from the City. <br /> 2. No person shall store or retain Aircraft parts or components being held as <br /> inventory anywhere on the Airport, other than in an authorized facility,or <br /> in a manner approved by the City, in writing. <br /> 3. Whenever any Aircraft is parked, stored, or left in non-flyable condition on <br /> the airport in violation of the provisions of this Section,the City shall so <br /> notify the Owner or Operator thereof by certified or registered mail, <br /> requiring removal of said Aircraft within fifteen(15) days of receipt of <br /> notice,or if the Owner or Operator be unknown or cannot be found,the <br /> Airport Manager shall conspicuously post and affix notice to the said <br /> Aircraft,requiring removal of said Aircraft within fifteen(15)days from <br /> date of posting. Upon the failure of the Owner or Operator of the said <br /> Aircraft to remove said Aircraft within the period provided,the City shall <br /> have the Aircraft removed from the Airport. All costs incurred by the City <br /> in the removal of any Aircraft as set forth herein shall be recoverable <br /> against the Owner or Operator thereof. <br /> c. STARTING AND RUNNING AIRCRAFT ENGINES: <br /> 1. No Aircraft engine shall be run at the Airport unless a pilot or certified <br /> A&P (airframe and power plant)mechanic qualified to run the engine of <br /> that particular type Aircraft is at the controls. <br /> 2. No person may run an engine of an Aircraft parked on the Airport in a <br /> manner that could cause injury to persons or damage to any other property <br /> or endanger the safety of operation on the Airport. <br /> 3. No Aircraft will be run-up or started up while under the roofline of a <br /> hangar,whether said hangar is enclosed or not. <br /> 4. Noise emanating from Aircraft engines during ground operations shall be <br /> maintained within the then applicable Aircraft engine noise limits <br /> promulgated by the Federal Government,or the City,whichever is the most <br /> restrictive. <br /> d. AIRCRAFT TAXING: <br /> 1. No person shall taxi an Aircraft on the Airport until he or she has <br /> ascertained that there will be no danger of collision with any persons or <br /> Airports+USA, Inc, Avco <br /> Rules and Regulations Page 35 <br />
